You set your truck available — equipment, radius, and any constraints you want NEXO to respect. Nothing happens until you do this.

Discovery
NEXO continuously looks for freight opportunities that could match your truck, from the sources it has real, rights-safe access to.

Qualification
Each opportunity is checked against your equipment, deadhead limit, and hard filters before it's ever surfaced — most never reach you because they don't actually fit.

Economics
NEXO estimates the real numbers — gross rate, deadhead, fuel, tolls where known — so you can judge a load on what it actually pays, not just the headline rate.

Broker & risk evidence
NEXO checks what it can verify about the broker on a load — authority, history, risk signals — before engaging, and surfaces what it finds.

Pursuit
Under your mandate, NEXO can reach out and work the terms of a load with the broker — rate, accessorials, pickup window.

Ready to accept
When terms look workable, NEXO marks the opportunity ready to accept. This is a recommendation, not a booking — nothing is reserved or committed yet.

You accept — or you don't
Only you can turn a ready-to-accept opportunity into a real, committed load. NEXO never books, reserves, or commits a load on your behalf.

Pickup
You physically pick up the load. Location data can support and evidence this, but GPS alone never confirms a pickup — that's a human action, always.
- 10
Delivery
You physically deliver the load. As with pickup, GPS is evidence, never proof by itself — delivery confirmation is a human action.
Three things that never change
- READY_TO_ACCEPT is not BOOKED — it's a recommendation until you accept it.
- GPS location is not pickup and is not delivery — those stay human confirmations.
- NEXO's fee is exactly 5% of the gross rate, created once, at pickup confirmation.
